The 'Scandal' actress looks heavenly once again in her gorgeous white sheer panel asymmetric J. Mendel dress. I just wished the dress was a little shorter right below her knee.

She topped off her look with soft curls, fresh makeup and silver textured clutch.

I wished she wore metallic heels, because the white pointy heels made it look a little too bridal, and a pop of color would had been ideal for her clutch.
