2013 MET Ball: Solange In Kenzo

Solange made an fabulous appearance at the '2013 MET Gala' at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

She looked gorgeous in her blue printed high-and-low Kenzo gown.

I am in loooove with this funky African inspired number.

She finished off her look with a fabulous afro, sensational earrings, blue and black Edie Parker clutch, and black satin ankle-strap sandals.

If only Beyonce can take notes from her little sister.

2013 MET Gala: Beyonce In Givenchy

The most fashionable night of the year is finally here!

The evening's honorary chairwoman of the night Beyonce rocked an elaborate black and gold embroidered Givenchy ensemble.

The gown featured a black crocodile bodice, black and gold grommet belt, and long black gloves.

Okay, I have to admit this ensemble is beyond gaudy, but she pulls if off well.

My only complaint is the hideous matching boots. Why oh why? It cheapens the gown to no end.

She completed her look with loose curls, and neutral make-up.
