Rita Ora is the "It Girl' at the moment, and she will never disappoint us on the red carpet.

For the 2013 MTV Awards, she opted for a magnificent pale blue embellished feathered skirt Alexandre Vauthier gown.

This look was drama at its best with the drama of the train, plunged neck, and thigh-high split which elongate her legs to no end. Seriously, this needs to be the uniform for every drag-queen in the nation.

2013 MTV Videos Music Awards: Ciara In Givenchy Haute Couture

I am back from my little hiatus, and what a great way to start it off with Ciara looking stunning on the red carpet for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York City.

The singer is known for wearing Givenchy Haute Couture, so I wasn't surprise not one bit, when she graced the red carpet in her magnificent sheer panel, embellished, feathered gown.

She was pure perfection from her tousled hair to flawless makeup.

If you can remember Beyonce wore  a similar version to the 2012 Met Ball, but it wasn't no where as fabulous as Ciara's dress. I thought Beyonce was trying entirely way too hard.
