This week it was all about the drama! Hardly anyone played it safe. Dresses had every detail one could think of including mosaic prints, stripes, rosettes, capes, poufy sleeves, sheer panels, one-shoulders and sensational sculptural garments.
I love it when celebrities take a risk because that's what fashion is all about!
