Melanie Fiona was one of the talented performers at the 2011 'Black Girls Rock' awards.

The singer blew me away in this funky printed Peter Pilotto dress. I love the way she made it her own by pairing it with hot leather shorts and ankle strap heels.

This is one of my favorite looks this year.
