Blake Lively looks like a tacky figure skater in her atrocious embroidered and fringed Marchesa dress.
It has too much going on and beyond unflattering.
Chloe Moretz also looks awful in her Stella McCartney ensemble. It looks like a terrible 'Fashion Runway' challenge.
